Equitable Opportunities For All
Equitable Opportunities For All strives to advocate for the rights and necessities of people on a global scale. Founded in the San Francisco Bay Area, EOFA hopes to reach people from different communities and cultures worldwide, to advocate for their voices. Through various types of projects, fundraising, and partnerships, our ultimate goal is to help with the development and advancement of communities, and to provide resources to those in need.
Our Story
Equitable Opportunities For All (EOFA), was founded in October 2023, by Panteha Bazyar, a 14-year-old sophomore at Northgate High School.
Panteha came up with the idea of EOFA through her school's If I Could Change The World project, which prompted all sophomore students to chose a pressing issue in their community or throughout the world that they wanted to fix. Panteha chose the topic of human rights abuse in Iran, as both of her parents were born and raised in Iranian. She held an informational table outside of her local library, and raised awareness regarding her cause.
After commissioning this successful project, Panteha realized that she wanted to form an organization to address and raise awareness about social injustices and issues occurring in areas beyond her own community.
Since EOFA's founding, we have supported communities through our fundraisers and donations, advocacy events, immediate humanitarian aid, with the help of our global volunteers.

Our mission is to advocate for the rights and necessities of people worldwide, through means of humanitarian aid and community development. As a youth-led organization, we are passionate in adding new perspectives to our ongoing initiatives.
